Branding ProjectAhead of the biggest ever Women’s Rugby World Cup in 2025, World Rugby asked us to create a new refreshed brand that reeflected the current growth and the future of the women’s game.
The ‘W’ and ‘O’ connect to form a symbol of a woman with her arm around the ball — a small gesture that carries a big message: women belong in this game, at every level.
Working with lead designer Yuriko Ui, we created a full rebrand, including typography, design motifs, animation, and a teal and pink colour palette used by World Rugby today.
